Like every project, Alexandria & Debo’s wedding documentary was a unique and enriching experience. Their destination wedding in Istanbul took place at the luxurious Six Senses Kocataş Mansions, an exclusive luxury hotel overlooking the stunning Bosphorus.
We love cultural destination weddings, and this one was truly special—filled with emotional moments and a deep connection between Alexandria and Debo and their loved ones. A beautiful wedding with a strong cultural essence.
I first met Alexandria seven years ago while filming her friend’s wedding in Marrakech. Years later, she reached out to us to create her own documentary wedding film, and we couldn’t help but feel the excitement and anticipation throughout the pre-wedding process.
On the wedding day, we captured stunning B-rolls of the city, bringing Istanbul’s essence into the wedding documentary film, adding a rich narrative depth to the story. It was one of those weddings you wish you could relive over and over again, and we are honored to have left our mark on this beautiful documentary piece.
